1. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Order Preparation:
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it

Full refund will be processed if the food preparation has not started.
After Preparation Starts:
Once preparation has begun, cancellation is not possible.
No refund will be provided in such cases.
2. Wrong / Damaged / Missing Items
If you receive:
Incorrect order
Damaged packaging
Missing items
Quality issue
Please:
Inform us within 30 minutes of delivery
Share clear photos of the product & bill
After verification, we may:
Provide replacement
Offer refund to original payment method
Provide store credit (as applicable)
3. Food Quality Concerns
We maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.
If you face any genuine food quality issues:
Notify immediately
Provide photo evidence
Issue must be reported on the same day
Refund / replacement decision will be at management’s discretion after review.
4. Refund Process
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless mistake from our side)
5. Non-Refundable Situations
